🖌 Are all pieces handmade?
Yes. Every Pri & Amane piece is hand-painted with care. Because each item is made individually, small variations in brushwork and colour are part of what makes each piece unique.
⏳ How long will my order take?
Processing times depend on the product:
- Made-to-order items (Lazy Susans, trays & personalised pieces): 10–14 business days
-Ready-to-ship items (prints & small decor): 3–5 business days
Shipping time is additional and depends on your location within New Zealand.
🚚 Do you ship internationally?
Not at this stage. We currently ship within New Zealand only.
🎨 Can I request a custom or personalised piece?
Yes. Custom and personalised orders are available for selected products. Please get in touch via the text box when ordering or Instagram to discuss your idea before placing an order.
🧼 How do I care for my hand-painted piece?
To keep your piece looking its best:
- Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth
- Avoid soaking or harsh cleaners
- Keep away from prolonged moisture and extreme heat
Care instructions may vary depending on the product and finish.
🛍 Can I see your work in person?
Yes! I regularly attend markets around Auckland. Visit the Where To Find Us page to see upcoming market dates.
🔁 What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of many items, returns are not accepted for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours and I’ll help resolve it.
📦 What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email or message within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so I can assist you as quickly as possible.
