Processing Times

Because each piece is hand-painted, processing times vary depending on the product:

Made-to-Order Pieces (Lazy Susans, Trays & Personalised Items)
These pieces are created especially for you. Please allow 10–14 business days for painting, sealing, curing, and preparation before your order is dispatched.

Ready-to-Ship Items (Prints & Small Decor)
These items are usually packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

If you need an order by a specific date (for a gift or event), feel free to get in touch before purchasing and I’ll let you know what’s possible.

 

Market Pickup

If you’re attending an upcoming market, local pickup may be available. Please contact me via Instagram or email before placing your order so we can arrange this.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Orders within New Zealand are shipped using tracked courier services. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

 

 

Returns & Order Issues

Due to the handmade and personalised nature of many pieces, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll work with you to resolve it.
